MALE.
Head: Face with facial tubercle, yellow, yellow pilose, withish-yellow pollinose laterally; gena yellow, yellow pilose; frontal triangle yellow, black and yellow pilose; vertical triangle black, black pilose; antenna orangish, black pilose, basoflagellomere oval; holoptic, eye pilose; occiput black, yellow pollinose, yellow pilose.
Thorax: Scutum black with dorsomedial broad bluish pollinose area divided by three brown pollinose vittae, densely yellow pilose except supra-alar area and postalar callus black pilose, densely yellow pollinose on postpronotum and supra-alar area; postpronotum yellow, bare; notopleuron yellowish; scutellum bronze or dark brown, black pilose, subscutellar fringe complete with dark pile. Pleuron black, pollinose, densely black pilose, anterior anpisternum yellow pilose, posterior anepisternum yellow pilose anteriorly; metasternum pilose; calypter brown; plumula brown; halter orange; spiracular fringes brown. Wing: Wing membrane orangish-yellow on anterior margin, hyaline posteriorly, entirely microtrichose. Alula broad, microtrichose. Legs: yellowish-orange, femora dark orange, yellow pilose except femora black pilose and metatibia yellow pilose with row of black pile on exterior side.
Abdomen: oval, terga 2-5 strongly margined. Terga 1 and 2 black pilose, tergum 3 black pilose with yellow pile medially, tergum 4 mostly yellow pilose with some black pile posteriorly, tergum 5 entirely yellow pilose. Tergum 1 black, entirely covered by metallic bluish pollinosity; tergum 2 black with two medial small rounded yellow maculae, sometimes covered with bluish pollinosity; tergum 3 black with medial, strongly arcutae yellow fascia; tergum 4 black with medial, strongly arcutae yellow fascia connected medially with triangular yellow macula on posterior margin (sometimes with large triangular yellow macula on posteiror 2/3); tergum 5 entirely yellow.
FEMALE.
Very similar to male except frons densely yellow pollinose, only ocellar triangle black.
